HEALYA Village is the result of a collaboration that grew naturally between Achy - the founder of HEALYA and Lefteris - an experienced Civil engineer and contractor, known for his outstanding construction quality.
The two first met during the development of HEALYA, where Achy served as the project developer and Lefteeris as the contractor.
Their strong connection and the exceptional work delivered by Lefteris, inspired them to embark on this joint venture.
Set in the same picturesque village as Healya and just a couple of minutes walk, HEALYA Village is designed to be a true community, where residents grow together, support one another and share meaningful experiences.
The homes, available in various sizes, offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, greenery, and sea.
Residents will have the opportunity to access Healya’s facilities when available and enjoy participation in its activities, at a reduced rate and on a space-available basis.
Additionally, homeowners will have the option to rent out their homes to visitors or during events and workshops in HEALYA, blending a vacation home and community feeling, with potential income.
